Sexual Health Promotion 1-1 Appointments
Sexual Health Promotion Practitioner 1-1 virtual (non-clinical) appointments are now available, offering free and confidential information, advice and support.
We know that good sexual health and wellbeing is not the same for everyone and sometimes a confidential chat can help you to make the right sexual health choices for you.
You may wish to contact us if you:
- struggle to keep safe during sex
- want to chat about your sexuality
- don't feel safe in your relationship
- can't talk to your partner about sex and relationships
- struggle to use condoms
- want to know where you can go for help and support
- are worried about Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) and HIV

Our Sexual Health
Promotion Practitioners are an experienced community based team, trained to
offer psychologically informed support around a wide range of sexual health and
wellbeing issues. We are also able to offer onward referrals to other support
services, if this is right for you.
This service was developed in response to the restrictions during COVID-19, making it harder for people to access our support in person. We also know at any time, people may struggle to access our services, or feel uncomfortable coming in person; this service offers the opportunity to access confidential support via a secure video link or phone call from the privacy of your home.

How does it work?
After you’ve submitted your online request, our Practitioner will contact you to make sure that we can offer the support and advice to best suit your needs. Once this has been agreed, you will then be given a consultation appointment and details of how to access this online service.
