World AIDS Day – 1 December 2025

Next Monday is World AIDS Day (WAD), and our Sexual Health Promotion Team will be out and about offering free testing, distributing free condoms and providing help and advice. You can find them at the locations below on WAD and throughout the week:

Monday 1 December (WAD):

• Stall in the Florence Nightingale Community Hospital main reception, 11am–1pm
• The Crown Inn, Derby, 7.30-10.30pm (working jointly with our partners, Derbyshire LGBT+)
• The van will be along Uttoxeter New Road, 2-4pm

Tuesday 2 December:

• The team will be out in the van between 12.30-5pm in Swadlincote. They will be near the Hepworth Retail Park and High Street.

Wednesday 3 December:

• Young persons (13–21 years) drop-in clinic at the Derbion shopping centre, 2–6pm
