We focus on communities at higher risk of poor sexual health, including:
- LGBTQ+ people
- Young people not in mainstream education
- People who use drugs and alcohol services
- Ethnically diverse and rural communities
- Those experiencing deprivation or unstable housing
We offer both direct support and partnership working with local services.
You might see our Sexual Health Promotion Van at festivals, town centres, schools, or community events across Derbyshire. It’s a safe and welcoming space where you can get free condoms, friendly advice, and support.

We coordinate Derbyshire’s free condom programme, offering:
- C-Scheme for ages 13–24
- C-Wallets for over 16s
- Condoms by post for anyone over 13
- Support for professionals and venues to distribute condoms safely and effectively
